Die Endprodukte werden in unserer Familienwerkstatt h\u00e4ndisch lackiert. Somit stellen wir die chirurgisch genaue Lackbeschichtung sicher und wir kontrollieren alle Seiten, die lackiert werden m\u00fcssen. Das h\u00e4ndische Lackieren garantiert eine perfekte Gleichm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit der Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung und die Produkte werden im Kondensationstrockner getrocknet. Somit sparen wir Zeit und liefern das Endprodukt innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit. Die Fertigungsautomatisierung wird bei uns jedoch mit dem traditionellen Tischlerhandwerk verbunden. Einige feine Arbeiten wie zum Beispiel das Schleifen oder das obengenannte Lackieren sind f\u00fcr geschickte H\u00e4nde des erfahrenen Tischlers ideal...<\/div><div class=\"sc_promo_content sc_item_content\">[vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Das hochwertige Ausgangsmaterial und die Spitzentechnologie sind die zwei wichtigsten Faktoren beim Bau unserer Produkte. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8220;&#8220; alter_height=&#8220;small&#8220; hide_on_mobile=&#8220;&#8220;][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul class=\"trx_addons_list trx_addons_list_dot\">\n<li>Die Fertigung beginnt mit der Materialauswahl nach Wunsch des Klienten. Robuste Holzlamellen werden mit der Maschine grob verk\u00fcrzt. Nachfolgend wird mit der Fr\u00e4se das gew\u00fcnschte Produktprofil ausgeschnitten und durch weitere Anpassungen verfeinert.<\/li>\n<li>Die einzelnen Teile des Profils werden in der Werkstatt maschinell verbunden und h\u00e4ndisch eingeschliffen, eingeweicht und impr\u00e4gniert. Dieser Ablauf wiederholt sich, bis das Produkt f\u00fcr die gr\u00fcndliche Oberfl\u00e4chenlackierung bereit ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul class=\"trx_addons_list trx_addons_list_dot\">\n<li>Im Fall der Holz-Aluminium-Fenster f\u00fcgen wir den einzelnen Fl\u00fcgeln und dem Rahmen hochwertige Beschl\u00e4ge zu. Nachfolgend kommt es zu der Verglasung, die wiederum auf den Vorstellungen des Klienten basiert.<\/li>\n<li>Die fertigen Produkte werden an die Klienten expediert. Vor Ort f\u00fchren wir die Montage durch, wir kontrollieren die Funktionst\u00fcchtigkeit und den richtigen Einbau. Meistens verbessern wir noch die Fenster oder T\u00fcren mit Zubeh\u00f6rartikeln (Jalousien, Fliegengitter, dekorative Griffe), die vom Klienten bestellt
